The American Boot Camp Company: Drop in to a TRX Suspension Training Class on Thursdays to build functional core strength to help you run faster, more efficiently and with less pain, or take it a step farther and sign up for a 4 week TRX 4 Runners workshop.
Burn Studios: Drop in to a special Yoga for Runners class just for our group or choose from a host of other cross training workouts to keep your body balanced and strong throughout training.
Dr. Parks: Our team chiropractor will help you every step of the way. Injured or just try to prevent injury, Dr. Parks teaches the American Boot Camp Company TRX class, but will also be available for soft tissue work and adjustments during your training.

Your Coaching Team
We will start you off with an orientation. Here you will get your detailed training log that will outline everything you need to be successful. Then the adventure beings as you meet other runners at your pace and forge new friendships that last a lifetime.
Just come ready to run! We’ll take care of the details like routes, mileage progression plans, speed training and things like water on long runs.
We will support you each week with a weekly email and text access to a coach, as well as a private facebook group so you can share goals, meet up for supplemental runs or just get together for a beer.

Just want to add on this four week workshop to start your training off right? With a Sunday afternoon or Wednesday morning class option, this one hour a week workshop will help you learn how to strengthen your glute to stay injury free.
