Atlanta’s first all outdoor fitness studio! Drop in for a free boot camp workout, then choose from a variety of drop in classes to create a regular schedule of cross training, HIIT and strength based workouts including TRX Suspension Training. We know your name, your goal and we won’t let you quit.
All you need to do is email email@example.com and let us know the date, time and location of the boot camp workout you want to attend. Then plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to your first workout to sign a quick digital waiver and meet your instructor. If you are taking a TRX Suspension Training workout please note meeting place and bring a yoga mat.
Blackburn Park Boot Camp Location: 3493 Ashford Dunwoody Road, Brookhaven, GA 30319 (Across from Cambridge Square Shopping Plaza and Starbucks). Note: TRX classes meet at the pavilion. The entrance to the pavilion is across the street from the Ashford Dunwoody YMCA.
Chastain Park Boot Camp Location: 4469 Stella Drive NW, Atlanta, GA 30342 (at the 4 Ways Grill and Pavilion above the Playground Area). Note: TRX classes meet at the pavilion near the gymnasium off W. Wieuca Rd.
*Our boot camp workouts start promptly at the time listed, so if you are late the group will have left the meeting place and moved to the workout location in the park. Make sure to double check meeting place prior to your scheduled workout.
